Wheeling Island track hires dealers17 August 2007WHEELING, West Virginia -- As reported by the Wheeling News- Register: "Several students at West Virginia Northern Community College apparently played their cards right when they sought employment at a local racetrack. "Officials at Wheeling Island Racetrack and Gaming Center have hired their first card dealers for future table gambling operations.
