Washington casino ready for official re-opening24 August 2010SKOKOMISH NATION, Washington -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- On Wednesday, August 25 the Skokomish Tribe is holding a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to commemorate the Grand Opening of the reinvented Lucky Dog Casino, located at 19330 N US Hwy 101 just north of Shelton. The Skokomish Tribal Council and distinguished guests will be present. Thursday, Friday and Saturday feature casino events and promotions to recognize this exciting enterprise of the Skokomish Tribe.
The reinvented Lucky Dog Casino re-opened on July 15th to a standing room only crowd. The redesigned interior highlights a casino floor that is expanding due to popularity featuring over 135 all new gaming machines. The addition of a Players Club tracking system was one of the improvements the Skokomish Tribe felt was vital to enable customers to benefit from their experience at the Lucky Dog.
