Washington caps online gaming plan loss at $250 per week

6 July 2011

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- D.C's planned foray into online gambling will include a cap on how much a player can lose each week, according to a Washington Times report.

Each player will have no limit on what they can win obviously, but will be capped at a loss of $250 per week, the report explained.

The online gambling plan is called I-Gaming and potentially D.C. will be the first state to implement online gambling, if the program succeeds in becoming established, the Washington Times report noted.
