VLTs coming to Ohio racetracks28 September 2011OHIO -- Video lottery terminals should be installed at Ohio racetracks by January 2012, Bloodhound reported. This is the plan of the Ohio Lottery commission after Ohio approved VLTS for racetracks in 2011, the report said. The legislation becomes effective Oct. 17, 2011, the Bloodhound report mentioned. |
