Virginia Politician to Introduce Card Legislation

VIRGINIA -- As reported by the Virginia-Pilot: "House minority whip Chap Petersen (D-Fairfax) said Thursday that he will introduce legislation that would permit gambling on card games hosted by private clubs.

"Under current law, gambling on card games is only permitted in private homes.
