Village at Gulfstream to open Thursday

Hallandale Beach, Florida -- The village, which includes stores, restaurants, nightclubs and offices, will open Thursday at 10am beside Gulfstream Park racetrack and casino, the South Florida Business-Journal said.

Phase one of the Village has been challenged by delays, the South Florida Business-Journal reported.

The opening will be marked buy a Latin-fused carnival celebration, the report said.
