Vietnam wants to curb citizen gambling in Cambodia

HCM CITY, Vietnam -- A Vietnamese official says the country needs to do something to stop Vietnamese citizens gambling abroad, Viet Nam News reported.

Vietnamese law does not apply in Cambodian casinos where many Vietnamese allegedly gamble, the report explained.

There is a suggestion the country should introduce sanctions on people who incite Vietnamese people to gamble abroad, Viet Nam News said.
