VendingData Shuffler Approved

LAS VEGAS -- (PRESS RELEASE)-- VendingData(TM) Corporation (Amex: VNX), announced today that it has received approval from Nevada Gaming Control Board for its RandomPlus(TM) multi-deck shuffler as well as approval from Gaming Laboratories International ("GLI") for the following additional jurisdictions: Indiana (state & tribal) and Wisconsin (tribal). On October 5, 2005, VendingData(TM) announced that it had received GLI approvals for the RandomPlus(TM) in California (state & tribal), Arizona (tribal), and Washington (state & tribal).
