VendingData receives Macau order

7 December 2006

LAS VEGAS, Nevada – (PRESS RELEASE) -- VendingData(TM) Corporation (AMEX: VNX), announced today that it has received an initial order from Elixir Group Macau for approximately 800,000 Dolphin high frequency (13.56 MHz) casino chips for the Crown Macau Casino. In addition, the order includes seven DeckCheckers and a ChipWasher to be delivered to the casino. It is expected that the chips, DeckCheckers, ChipWasher, and other ancillary products will be delivered in the first quarter of 2007 and generate revenue of approximately $2.0 million for VendingData.

Gordon Yuen, Elixir CEO commented, "This is the first of many commercial transactions that will demonstrate the value of our alliance with VendingData and our continued belief that VendingData's Dolphin casino chip will be the dominant chip in Asia."

"This is our second RFID casino chip order with a major casino enterprise in Macau. Receiving an order from Elixir for the Crown Macau casino marks a true validation of the high standards that our new Dolphin RFID casino chip offers. We look forward to the continuing success of our Dolphin chip business as well as mirroring that success as we roll out our Dolphin plaque product line," said Mark Newburg, CEO of VendingData Corporation.

VendingData's high-frequency (13.56 MHz) casino chips offer dramatic improvements in speed and capacity over current competitive technology. These new chips are capable of processing data eight times faster than existing technology, with memory capacity of over 10,000 bits, which is five times the capacity of the nearest low frequency technology. Its new generation 13.56 MHz RFID tag, embedded in a traditional casino chip, offers casinos real-time data that enhances casino chip security, player tracking, accounting controls and over all asset protection.
