VendingData Product Receives Approval

LAS VEGAS – (PRESS RELEASE) -- VendingData(TM) Corporation (Amex: VNX), a manufacturer and distributor of products for the gaming industry that are designed to increase customers' security, productivity and profitability, announced today that it has received approval from Nevada Gaming Control Board for the PokerOne(TM) shuffler.

Additionally, PokerOne(TM) has received the requested approvals from GLI in the following jurisdictions; California Tribal, Connecticut Tribal and State, Iowa Racing and Gaming, Iowa Tribal, Kansas Tribal, Missouri, New Mexico Tribal, North Dakota Tribal, Oregon Tribal, Seneca Gaming Authority (New York), and South Dakota Tribal.

PokerOne(TM) is a high-speed card shuffler designed for use with single deck poker variation games such as Pai Gow Poker, Caribbean Stud and other single deck specialty card games. The cash purchase price for PokerOne(TM) is $4,995 and rental programs are available for $299.00 per month.

In addition, we continue our field trials of PokerOne(TM) in Macau with final completion expected this November.
