Valley View Casino adds hotel14 September 2007VALLEY CENTER, California -- As reported by the San Diego Union Tribune: "The Valley View Casino is planning to continue its expansion with a boutique hotel designed to cater to well-heeled gamblers. "Plans for the hotel are preliminary and it won't open for at least two years, but Joe Navarro, who heads the San Pasqual Indian band's business unit, said it would have 120 to 160 rooms and stand six to nine stories tall. "...The hotel would go up adjacent to the tribe's casino and parking garage off Lake Wohlford Road, perched on a hillside overlooking Valley Center. "The 297-member tribe plans to issue bonds to build the hotel, as it did for a $114 million casino expansion that opened this year..." |
