Ute Mountain Casino Hotel to temporarily close

6 December 2020

Ute Mountain Casino Hotel announced it will be shutting down temporarily as of tomorrow and will remain closed until further notice. Below is the official announcement posted on the Colorado casino's website.

"Ute Mountain Casino Hotel will be temporarily closed beginning Monday, December 7, 2020, to assist in slowing the spread of COVID-19. Out of an abundance of caution, and as a result of monitoring the guidelines set forth by local, state, and federal health officials, we believe it is in the best interest for the health of our guests, employees, and community to pause casino, hotel, and restaurant operations.

Ute Mountain Travel Centers both remain open as follows:

Towaoc: 5am-midnight daily

White Mesa: 7am to 7pm daily.

Ute Mountain Casino Hotel will contact guests with Hotel reservations to assist with a refund. Guests may also reach out to Ute Mountain Casino Hotel or their reserved booking source if they need to discuss changes to reservations for a future date. We anticipate heavy call volume over the next several days, and we appreciate guests’ patience in the matter."
