US Wagering on Dubai World Cup Up30 March 2004UNITED STATES – As reported by the Thoroughbred Times: "Wagering from the United States on the Dubai World Cup (UAE-G1) program from Nad al Sheba on March 27 totaled $2,413,588 for six races, a 2.3% increase over last year's figures. "The headline race, the $6-million World Cup, attracted the most handle, as more than $1.4-million (about 58% of the total handle) was bet on the race.
