Unitab, Tatterall Plan to Merge27 March 2006AUSTRALIA – As reported by the Australia ABC News: "Australia could have a new gambling entity with the announcement of a planned merger between two major companies. "Queensland's Unitab and Victoria's Tatterall's companies are planning to merge to create a company with operations in every state and territory. "Unitab chief executive Dick Mc Ilwain says the two companies complement each other and will generate expected revenue of more than $3 billion.
