Underage gaming at Hollywood Casino results in fine30 May 2018(PRESS RELEASE) -- The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board approved a consent agreement between the PGCB’s Office of Enforcement Counsel and Mountainview Thoroughbred Racing Association, LLC, operator of Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course in Dauphin County, resulting in a $10,000 fine for permitting an underage individual to gain access to the gaming floor and gamble. According to details in the consent agreement, a 20-year-old female used another individual’s ID to gain access and then proceeded to gamble at slot machines. The next meeting of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board is scheduled for 10 a.m., Wednesday, 27 June 2018 in the PGCB’s Public Hearing Room located on the second floor of the Strawberry Square Complex in Harrisburg. |
