Ultimate Gaming, El Cortez strike deal for online poker

15 July 2014

LAS VEGAS -- Ultimate Gaming, which operates Ultimate Poker.com, and the El Cortez Hotel & Casino have entered into a marketing partnership that makes Ultimate Poker the online poker room for the downtown Las Vegas property.

The El Cortez has begun marketing UltimatePoker.com to its customers. Players will be able to deposit and cash out at the casino cage after they have created an account online.

“We’re excited to join in this new venture and bring even more gaming options to guests of the property,” Alexandra Epstein, executive vice president of the El Cortez, said in a statement. “By combining the online accessibility of Ultimate Poker with the classic Vegas feel of the El Cortez we’re giving new and existing players a different way to experience the game of poker.”

Ultimate Poker recently launched a similar agreement with Reno-based Peppermill Resorts and four other Nevada properties.

These partnerships, combined with Ultimate Poker as the online poker product of Station Casinos, give players the opportunity to deposit and cash out at more than 20 locations around the state, including the El Cortez, Station Casinos and Peppermill Resorts.
