UKGC suspends license of Lottery England Limited14 May 2021(PRESS RELEASE) -- The Gambling Commission has instigated a review under s116 of the Gambling Act 2005 into Lottery England Limited (operating license no 039308-N-319790-005). The review follows concerns that activities may have been carried out contrary to the Act, not in accordance with conditions of their license and that the Licensee may be unsuitable to carry on the licensed activities. Pursuant to section 118(2) of the Act, the Commission has determined to suspend the above operating license. The suspension of England Lottery Limited takes effect immediately.
