UKGC suspends Deadheat Racing Limited's license25 November 2025(PRESS RELEASE) -- The U.K. Gambling Commission has suspended the operating license of Deadheat Racing (operating license no 040247-N-320138-007 and 040247-A-320139-005) as it carries out a review under section 116 of the Gambling Act 2005 (the Act). The review and consequent suspension follow concerns that activities have been carried out in a manner which is inconsistent with the licensing objectives, not in accordance with conditions of their license and that the Licensee may be unsuitable to carry on the licensed activities. Suspected social responsibility and anti-money laundering failings were key considerations in the suspension decision. We have made it clear to the operator that during the suspension, we expect it to focus on treating consumers fairly and keeping them fully informed of any developments which impact them. The suspension takes place immediately.
