Two Bad Beat Jackpots pay over $145,000 at Prairie Meadows10 August 2012ALTOONA, Iowa -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Prairie Meadows Racetrack and Casino paid $89,231 on the Bad Beat Jackpot on Saturday, August 4, and another $55,968 just four days later on Wednesday, August 8. Bad Beat winner Randall Nutt of Urbandale, Iowa, emerged with $44,621 on Saturday, August 4. Five additional players at the table split $22,305, or $4,461 each. Thereafter, the Bad Beat was reset to the backup amount of $52,742. Then, on Wednesday, August 8, Bad Beat winner Kathy Martin of Gilbert, Arizona, won $27,984. Richie Watkins won $13,992. Seven other players at the table each received $1,998. |
