Twin Arrows opens new buffet with wild game offerings

(PRESS RELEASE) -- The Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise (Navajo Gaming), led by Derrick Watchman, CEO, is proud to announce the opening of the re-designed buffet at Twin Arrows Navajo Casino Resort.

The new design and expanded menu has been tailored to the unique preferences of the premier Flagstaff resort's diverse local, national and international travelers.

"The new buffet expands choices for local guests as well as international and national travelers, said Derrick Watchman, Navajo Gaming CEO. "It complements our other five restaurant options by offering something that no one else in the region does, wild game."

Opened this March, the enhanced buffet features Wild Game dining Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Wednesday will highlight a Seafood buffet. Integrated with the wild game and seafood will be carving and dessert stations, soup and salad bar with five different cuisines including Asian, Italian and Navajo.

"The new and re-developed buffet is a great addition to the overall dining, gaming and resort experience at Twin Arrows," says Bryce Warren, Twin Arrows Casino Resort General Manager. It provides, high-quality, affordable options in a quick eat and enjoy setting that we think our diverse clientele will appreciate."

The buffet seats up to 150 patrons. Beyond the dining area guests see a new action station and pizza oven. Beverage stations are located at the end of each buffet line. The goal is to provide an inviting venue to enjoy and relax during your meal.

Starting April and moving through October, lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The evening buffet will expand hours starting April: 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
