TV producer wins mega jackpot at Hard Rock

LAS VEGAS, Nevada -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- John Slaughter of Los Angeles, Calif. won a $877,061 Wheel of Fortune® quarter MegaJackpot® at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino late Saturday February 27.

The 39-year-old television producer was in Las Vegas with friends. Slaughter stated he was walking by the Wheel of Fortune® game when he decided to try his luck.

"I had been feeling lucky today," said the excited winner. "Once I saw the jackpot amount, I realized what I had won!'" The lucky winner said he will invest his winnings and take a great trip.
