Tropicana Atlantic City presents multi-talented Aaron Lewis21 February 2017(PRESS RELEASE) -- On Saturday, 27 May, multi-platinum singer, songwriter and guitarist Aaron Lewis will take the stage at Tropicana Atlantic City for an 8 p.m. performance in the Tropicana Atlantic City Casino & Resort Showroom. Doors open at 7 p.m. After making an indelible mark on the world of hard rock, Aaron Lewis thrilled traditional country music fans in 2011 with his debut solo EP "Town Line." Highlighted by the success of gold-selling single "Country Boy," the seven-song EP reached #1 on the Billboard Country Albums Chart and #7 on the Billboard Top 200 upon release. "Life is circular. Country just came back to me. This is full circle because this was the first music I was ever exposed to as a child," Lewis said. Critics like Associated Press' Michael McCall have praised Lewis' work, saying, "He injects a flavor of his own into a polished, commercial sound in a way that could win over country fans who've never heard of Staind." In 2012, Lewis released his first full-length album, "The Road." The album's 10 songs unfold with a classic grit and an invigorating energy all directly from Lewis's heart and soul. Lewis personally penned all of the songs on The Road but one. Through his performances, he is carrying on a tradition of storytelling through music.
