Tri-State Racetrack passes on table games25 September 2007WEST VIRGINIA -- As reported by the Charleston Daily: "While the two Northern Panhandle racetracks quickly purchased table games licenses after voters passed referendums there, Tri-State Racetrack & Gaming Center plans to hold off for a while. "It has been 43 days since Kanawha County residents voted to allow Tri-State to offer table games. "But Tri-State is still working out details concerning hiring and training table games workers, said general manager Cathy Brackbill. "No job fair dates have yet been set, though the racetrack has promised up to 1,000 jobs when it starts to offer table games. A training location has yet to be decided..." |
