TransAct Exec Re-elected to GSA Board

WALLINGFORD, Connecticut – (PRESS RELEASE) -- TransAct Technologies Incorporated (Nasdaq: TACT), a leading producer of transaction- based printers for customers worldwide, today announced that Jon D. Berkley, Senior Vice President and Business Manager of Global Gaming and Lottery was reelected to the Gaming Standards Association's (GSA) board of directors. He is an at large member of the board and will serve a one-year term.

Jon D. Berkley, Senior Vice President and Business Manager of Global Gaming and Lottery for TransAct Technologies, said, "I am honored to have been elected to the GSA board. The GSA is the industry's leading standards forum and since it was founded in 1998 has been instrumental in developing standards to streamline operations, increase efficiencies, and provide cost-effective technological solutions for the gaming industry."
