And it has been involved in casino-equipment-related business for more than 20 years. The customer came to Shenzhen this time mainly to seek new cooperation opportunities. Top One Tech has continued cooperation with this Macau customer in the touch display area. Top One Tech is mainly responsible for providing this customer with the touch display (used on slot machines) customized solutions, production and supply. The customer is very satisfied with the quality of our touch monitors and the related pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales services we provide. This year, Top One Tech has developed sheet metal production and processing as another major business line. Top One Tech informed the customer of this news, and it was very interested, and soon brought its product samples to Shenzhen. After Top One Tech received the customer’s sample, the sales staff and engineers studied it and discussed how to carry out the production and supply of this type of product for this customer. After the discussion about the sample, Top One Tech took customers to visit its sheet metal factory. The sales staff talked with the customers to understand the customer’s needs, and the customer was shown around the sheet metal factory and learned about the production and supply capabilities of the sheet metal factory.
