Todd English’s Tuscany reopens at Mohegan Sun

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Todd English’s Tuscany has officially reopened at Mohegan Sun, bringing guests an exciting blend of familiar flavors and new culinary experiences in a refreshed, elegant setting. The beloved restaurant has undergone an extensive update, introducing modern touches while preserving the warm, inviting atmosphere that guests have cherished. From refined design details to an revamped menu, every element has been crafted to make dining at Tuscany more memorable than ever.

“As we enter the New Year we’re thrilled to welcome guests back to Todd English’s Tuscany after significant improvements to the overall dining atmosphere.” said Chris Greaney, Vice President of Food & Beverage at Mohegan Sun. “Tuscany is a fan-favorite at Mohegan Sun, and the new enhancements to the venue and menu reflect our commitment to delivering unmatched dining experiences. Whether you’re joining us for brunch, lunch, or dinner, we’ve created something truly special for every occasion.”

With the expanded menu of authentic Italian dishes, guests can look forward to freshly made pasta prepared in-house, an all-new “Meat-a-Ball” section, and inspired entrées that join the Tuscany classics like New York Strip and Chicken Parmesan. New menu additions include delicious highlights like the Wagyu Bolognese; Lobster Fra Diavolo and the Chilean Sea Bass Marsala. The expanded cocktail menu introduces bold new creations designed to complement every meal.

Highlights of the new “Meat a Balls” menu specials:

- Nonna’s Meatballs: Ragu, basil, ricotta
- Duck Confit Meatballs: agrodolce & fruit mustarda
- Fancy Meatballs: Maitake, Truffle Crema, Sauteed Mushrooms
- Spicy Veal Meatballs: Veal, Pork, Porcini Mushrooms, Parmesan Cream, House Marinara, Parmesan Cheese, Focaccia Toast

Highlights of the new Specialty Cocktails & Martini menu:

- Affogato Martini: Waypoint Spirits Vanilla Flavored Vodka, Don Ciccio Nocino, vanilla bean cream, espresso
- Gin Basil Smash: Hendricks Gin, lemon juice, sugar, basil Leaves
- Pistachio Martini: Waypoint Spirits Vanilla Flavored Vodka, Fabrizia Pistachio Liqueur, Mozart White Chocolate
- Tuscano Fling: Grey Goose Le Citron Flavored Vodka, elderflower liqueur, Aperol, sour mix

Todd English’s Tuscany is open for lunch Monday through Friday from 11:00am to 3:00pm, brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00am to 3:00pm, and dinner Sunday through Thursday from 5:00pm to 10:00pm, with extended hours on Friday and Saturday until 11:00pm.

Weekend brunch at Tuscany is a standout experience, featuring a complimentary glass of Champagne or mimosa and a rotating selection of favorites such as eggs benedict, omelet and carving stations, assorted pastries, salads, and more. Brunch is priced at $59.99 for adults, $24.99 for children ages 5–12, and free for children ages 1–4.

For those seeking a vast range of authentic Italian cuisine, The Tuscan Table offers a variety of antipasti, salads, pastas, desserts, and a choice of non-alcoholic beverage. This experience is priced at $34.99 for adults and $19.99 for children ages 5–12. Reservations are recommended.

As part of the overall refresh to Todd English’s Tuscany, upgrades to the popular Taughannick Falls Bar will begin on January 5, 2026, and is planned to be completed by the kick-off of the 22nd annual Sun Wine & Food Fest on Thursday, January 22, 2026. Improvements will include all new seating, redesigned back bar an additional aesthetic enhancements.
