Todd Barry performing at Kansas Star Casino on April 21

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Stand-up comedian and actor Todd Barry will bring his deadpan delivery and outrageous "where did that come from?" jokes to Kansas Star Casino Event Center April 21.

Barry has made regular appearances on the small screen as a special guest, and has been seen on shows like "Dr. Katz," "Professional Therapist," "Home Movies," "Sex and the City," "Tom Goes to the Mayor," "Chappelle's Show" and "Spin City." He also voices a recurring character on "Squidbillies" and has a recurring role playing himself in FX's Emmy-winning show, "Louie."

In 2008, Barry played Wayne in the Academy Award-nominated film "The Wrestler." He has also performed his stand-up act on several shows, including "The Late Show with David Letterman," "Late Night with Conan O'Brien," "Last Call with Carson Daly" and "Jimmy Kimmel Live!"

In 2003, Barry won the Nightlife Award for Outstanding Male Stand-up Comedian.

Showtime is 7:30 p.m. in the Kansas Star Event Center Ballroom, with tickets on sale March 5, starting at $23.
