Tivoli neighbor wants rezoning23 April 2008BILOXI, Mississippi -- As reported by the Biloxi Sun Herald: "Six months after Mayor A. J. Holloway vetoed rezoning the Tivoli Casino project in East Biloxi, neighbors in that area want the Biloxi City Council to start the process of rezoning their properties to Water Front for casino development. "Former Biloxi Mayor Jerry O'Keefe and his wife, Martha, and neighboring property owners on the block between Kuhn and Dukate streets asked the council to direct the planning commission to hold a hearing on the rezoning proposal..." |
