Tioga Downs hopeful for better outcome on renewed bid5 August 2015NICHOLS, New York -- Tioga Downs will resubmit a bid for the fourth upstate licence following its unsuccessful first attempt, the Press and Sun Bulletin reported. The renewed bid will include table games and additional staff along with a larger proposed casino, the report said. In 2013 the state approved a total of 7 licences, with Tioga Downs the only applicant for this particular licence, the Press and Sun Bulletin said. |
