Thunder Valley Casino Resort welcomes Poker Night in America

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Thunder Valley Casino Resort rolls out the red carpet in celebration of the New Year. Poker Night in America is back. The widely acclaimed series will run from Thursday, 19 January to Monday, 30 January.

"The Thunder Valley team is excited to host Poker Night in America for a second year," said Dawn Clayton, General Manager at Thunder Valley Casino Resort. "This is a great way to continue the New Year celebration and provide our guests with exclusive opportunities to play with the pros and win big."

The national televised Cash Game will be filmed on Saturday, 28 January and Sunday, 29 January. Featured hosts returning to Thunder Valley are Phil Hellmuth and Maria Ho. The invite only cash game has four seats set aside to be awarded in satellite tournament that will be held 21 and 29 January. Winners get a $5,000 Buy-In and seat to the invite-only cash game to play under the light with some of the most well-known poker personalities in the game.

Brad Garrett from Everybody Loves Raymond will perform inside Thunder Valley Casino's Resort Pano Hall on Saturday, 28 January and will play in the Poker Night in America cash game that weekend.

"Partnering with Poker Night in America has proven to be one of our most anticipated events," said Ben Erwin, Poker Director at Thunder Valley Casino Resort. "The unique chance to win a seat in the Poker Night televised cash game really gets players excited."

The $1,100 Main event with a $250,000 Prize Pool Guarantee runs from Friday, 27 January to Sunday, 29 January. The filming of the final five will take place on Monday, 30 January that will air on CBS Sports Network's newest hit TV show, The Final Table.
