Thunder Valley Casino Resort celebrates 18th anniversary15 June 2021(PRESS RELEASE) -- Thunder Valley Casino Resort is proud to celebrate its 18th anniversary this June. Since opening its doors in 2003, Thunder Valley has prided itself by offering exceptional services and accommodations to its patrons. Today, 144 dedicated team members who originally helped open the property are still on the job. “Over the last 18 years, Thunder Valley has experienced significant growth and monumental success and we are so honored to celebrate this milestone,” said Dawn Clayton, General Manager of Thunder Valley Casino Resort. “The accomplishments of our award-winning property are a true testament to our loyal guests and the hard work of our phenomenal team members.” Over the years, Thunder Valley has continued to expand and enhance its property with new state-of-the-art amenities, including the addition of a 17-story luxury hotel with over 400 rooms, a full-service spa and a spacious outdoor pool complete with private cabanas and a poolside bar in 2010. Since 2011, Thunder Valley Casino Resort has been rated as a AAA Four Diamond award-winning resort. In 2018, Thunder Valley opened a new 27 table Poker Room and a new 800 seat Bingo Hall. Just recently, Thunder Valley broke ground on The Venue at Thunder Valley, the property’s new 150,000 square foot entertainment venue, which is expected to open by early 2023. “We have great things on the horizon at Thunder Valley and look forward to continuing to offer world-class amenities to our guests for years to come,” said Clayton. Since opening, Thunder Valley has supported thousands of non-profit organizations throughout the region. Recently, Thunder Valley held its 8th annual charity golf tournament that has raised nearly $500,000 for worthy charities. |
