Thunder Valley Casino expansion planned22 June 2007LINCOLN, California -- As reported by the Lincoln News Messenger: "The United Auburn Indian Community announced its planned expansion of Thunder Valley Casino near Lincoln Friday that is set to include a five-star, 23-level hotel, performing arts center and more gaming space. "The expansion will also include a 5,000-vehicle parking structure, spa, ballrooms totaling 30,000 square feet, exhibit space, three new restaurants and a tribal cultural exhibit area that will house authentic artifacts. "...Hotel officials say the expansion will bring more than 1,200 new jobs to the area and more than 1,000 jobs will be required for the construction of the project..." |
