Three potential southeast Kansas casino developers meet requirements

KANSAS -- Three developers vying for a casino license in southeast Kansas meet requirements of state, the Topeka Capital Journal reported.

All three groups can now forward proposals to the next stage which involves a review board, the report said.

The various potential developer groups include Phil Ruffin, Castle Rock Casino Resort and Kansas Crossing Casino and Hotel group, the report said.
