Three killed in illegal gambling dispute8 November 2013DETROIT, Michigan -- An incident at an illegal gambling operation in a Detroit barber shop saw three people killed yesterday, Reuters reported. A further six people were injured in the incident which saw a man fire on a group gathered there gambling, the report said. The Detroit police described the incident as "one of Detroit's more violent incidents", this at a time when the city is reeling trying to recover from bankruptcy, the Reuters report quoted. |
