Three Baton Rouge casinos to reopen on Monday16 May 2020Belle of Baton Rouge Casino, LA Hollywood Casino - Baton Rouge and L'Auberge Casino Hotel Baton Rouge announced on Friday that they will reopen their doors on Monday 18, May. “We are very excited to reopen L’Auberge Baton Rouge on Monday, May 18th at 8 a.m.," said Kim Ginn, VP and General Manager of L'Auberge Casino Hotel. "While the amenities our customers have come to know and love may be somewhat limited for the time being, the ability to safely welcome back our team members and guests remains our top priority. With this in mind, we have been working closely with the Louisiana Gaming Control Board, state and local leaders, and public health officials to finalize comprehensive Phase I reopening protocols and new health and safety precautions." Some of those precautions include all employees wearing masks and limited capacity on the gaming floor to no more than 25% with 50% of our gaming positions disabled. The Stadium, Bon Temps Buffet, 18 STEAK Bar and Restaurant, and Edge Bar will remain closed as will the poker room, hotel and valet parking. A message on the Facebook page for Belle of Baton Rouge Casino said the following: Finally, Hollywood Casino Baton Rouge said on its Facebook page: "We at Hollywood Casino are happy to announce our reopening on Monday, May 18 at 12 noon. We are thrilled to WELCOME YOU BACK! Your health and safety, as well as our Cast Members, is our greatest priority. We have taken the utmost care to plan for your return through enhanced safety and cleaning procedures. After all, you are our Hollywood family! Look for future posts with more details coming soon." |
