The Venetian and The Palazzo to celebrate Cinco de Mayo20 April 2018(PRESS RELEASE) -- Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Las Vegas and The Palazzo Resort Casino Hotel and Fashion Show Las Vegas will celebrate Cinco de Mayo in style with drink specials, live music and more on 5 May. Locals and tourists alike are invited to celebrate the holiday weekend at Once and Cañonita inside Grand Canal Shoppes and El Segundo Sol at Fashion Show - for the ultimate Mexican affair. Grand Canal Shoppes will get the party started with Cinco De Mayo specials! At Once, the newest restaurant from Chef Ricardo Zarate, guests will be able to enjoy $5 Peruvian tacos and $5 Inca Trail Blazer slushees all night. Additionally, guests can enjoy half-off draft beers all night to continue the party with no interruptions. Guests can then dance the night away to live music available outside Once and SUSHISAMBA every Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the month of May, from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Additionally, join Cañonita and celebrate all day from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Start with some Breakfast Burritos or a signature Cañonita Omelette on the canal from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., or enjoy their authentic tacos, enchiladas, and of course those never ending and addictive chips and guacamole. Continue the authentic meal with the Cañonita (Patrón Silver, Grand Marnier) or go for something fruity yet savory with the Peach-Chipotle (peach, chipotle and Tahitian vanilla bean-infused Monte Alban Silver, peach schnapps). Across the street at Fashion Show, El Segundo Sol will be offering happy hour drinks all day and all night long May 4 through May 6, along with Sol (El Jimador Reposado, Bauchant orange liqueur, lime juice) and Traditional Frozen (Bauchant orange liqueur, lime juice) margaritas ($5.50), El Jimador Tequila shots ($4), as well as Corona and Corona Light bottles ($4) to name a few. Cha cha the night away with a live mariachi band from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. to 11 p.m., and a DJ from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. |
