Well, that's not what happened here. When the patrons asked the waitress to recommend a bottle of wine and say it's price, the waitress supposedly said "thirty seven fifty." A reasonable person would take that to mean $37.50. An even more reasonable person would scoff at a price that high and would have never ordered the bottle to begin with. This is why Atlantic City is doomed.
