The Reel Life heads to the courtroom

3 February 2011

The Reel Life loves crazy lawsuits. And we've never seen a crazier lawsuit than the one a woman filed against Sean "P. Diddy" Combs last week.

According to the Huffington Post, Valerie Joyce Wilson Turks is suing major hip-hop star Sean "P. Diddy" Combs for $1 trillion. That is not a misprint. Turks alleges in the suit that Diddy date-raped her 24 years ago, which is a serious allegation amongst itself. Turks ratchets it up to a much bigger level when she accuses Diddy and Rodney King of bringing down the World Trade Center on Sept. 11, 2001.

Ms. Turks in her own words:

"[Diddy] went through Kim Porter and Rodney King and knocked down the WTC and then they all came and knocked my children down... He date raped me 24 years ago and knocked me down him and Kim Porter and Wallace Wright, then Sean Combs and Kim and Wallace Wright came back 18 years later and raped and sexually abused my children and knocked my children down and crushed me and my children daily."

Turks is demanding $900 billion in child support and $100 billion in damages.

The Reel Life doesn't have a law degree, but we're not too confident that Turks' lawsuit will move through the courts. However, we have to give her props for shooting for the moon.
