A family in Philadelphia allegedly did not follow this cardinal rule, and one man decided to take matters into his own hands. According to the Philadelphia Inqurier, James Joseph Cialella Jr. became enraged when a father and son were talking during a Christmas showing of The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. After exchanging words with the father, police said Cialella got out of his seat and shot the father in the arm with a .380-caliber gun. Cialella then sat down to watch the movie, according to the Inqurier. Police arrived shortly after and arrested him. He is charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, and weapons violations. Perhaps if Mr. Cialella was a slots fan, he would have been spending his Christmas playing a holiday-themed game instead of carrying a gun to a movie theater.
