The Philippines: Construction begins on Entertainment City casino

MANILA, Philippines -- Construction has already begun on Kazuo Okada's Entertainment City casino resort, CBS News reported.

Okada's company Tiger Resort, Leisure and Entertainment Inc., will invest $2 billion in the project, the report said.

Kazuo Okada is facing some legal battles in relation to the deal but the casino is expected top open in 2015, CBS News reported.
