The Bahamas: Atlantis casino suffering 15% fall 'every year'

THE BAHAMAS -- Pressure on The Atlantis Casino from US casinos means an annual fall in revenue of 15 per cent, The Tribune reported.

The competition from states like Florida and the North-East has led Atlantis to plan make-over upgrades to attempt to compete, the Tribune said.

The discussion of reforming Bahamas gaming laws was described as "being looked at very carefully" in the Tribune report.
