Thanksgiving dining options at Rivers Casino in Schenectady18 October 2019(PRESS RELEASE) -- Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady is offering guests some spectacular dining options throughout the Thanksgiving Day weekend. Guests will be able to enjoy an amazing farm-to-table style Thanksgiving buffet in the Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady Event Center on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, 28 November, and indulge in a pair of delicious Thanksgiving meal specials at Dukes Chophouse throughout the holiday weekend. Thanksgiving Buffet at the Event Center - Guests will be able to enjoy a complete farm-to-table-style Thanksgiving buffet from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. The buffet features fall-inspired soups, salads and vegetables; hand-carved slow-roasted turkey and honey glazed ham; a hot buffet with pistachio crusted salmon, seafood alfredo, roasted chicken, classic pan stuffing, maple glazed sweet potatoes, and eggplant rollatini; and a complete dessert station with warm apple crisp, pumpkin pie, mixed berry cobbler, pastries, apple cider doughnuts and more. Tickets for adults are $30 plus tax and gratuity, $15 plus tax and gratuity for children ages 6-12, and children 5 and under are free. Advanced purchase reservations are encouraged as the event has sold out in previous years. Thanksgiving Pilgrim Specials at Dukes Chophouse – A pair of select Thanksgiving menu items will be available at Dukes Chophouse from Friday, 29 November to Sunday, 1 December. A “Stuffed” Sandwich will be available for $12 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday & Saturday and 10 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Sunday. The sandwich features hand carved turkey breast, herbed stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce and homestyle gravy served on two slices of panini bread. “The Late Comer”, a traditional Thanksgiving dinner, will be available for $22 from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday & Saturday and 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday. The dinner includes slow-roasted turkey, herbed stuffing, mashed potatoes, sautéed green beans, homestyle gravy and cranberry sauce. Must be 21 or older for lunch or dinner at Dukes Chophouse. |
