Texas budget stand off continues2 September 2015TEXAS -- Texas racetrack may be open but no flutters will be taken today, the Dallas Morning News reported. There is a stalemate at present between the Texas Racing Commission that despite media reports has not found a solution, the report said. The stand off relates to the funding budget which has yet to be approved by the Legislative Budget Board and therefore means tracks cannot take bets, the Dallas Morning New report said. |
