(PRESS RELEASE) -- The Tennessee Sports Wagering Advisory Council (SWAC), which oversees the licensing and regulation of online sports wagering in Tennessee, released the following totals for sports
wagering activity and taxes assessed in January 2023.

Gross Wagers $410,773,606
Payouts $369,381,020
Adjustments $5,044,592

Adjusted Gross Income $36,347,994
Privilege Tax Assessed $7,269,600
