Temporary closure of Harrah's Kansas City17 March 2020(PRESS RELEASE) -- Today, the Missouri Gaming Commission ordered the state’s casinos, including Harrah's North Kansas City Casino & Hotel, to suspend gaming operations beginning at 12:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 18 March 2020. The decision was made out of concern for the public health. To be clear, there have been no reported cases of COVID-19 at Harrah’s Kansas City to date. However, it will close to the public beginning Wednesday. Harrah’s Kansas City looks forward to working with the Missouri Gaming Commission to guarantee a smooth closing process on Wednesday and will reopen as soon as the Missouri Gaming Commission determines it is appropriate to do so. |
