Temporary closure of Calder Casino and Gulfstream Park West24 March 2020Calder Casino and Gulfstream Park West has announced it will temporarily suspend operations until further notice. Below is a message form the casino's website. "As businesses around South Florida continue to make significant modifications to their operations due to the COVID-19 pandemic, life continues to change for us on a daily basis as well. We encourage each of you to follow current guidance, limit your exposure to groups and gatherings, and keep the safety and security of you and your family top-of-mind. In order to follow these guidelines and work toward a time when we can offer a safe and healthy environment for our guests and Team Members, Calder Casino plans to delay our previously expected date of reopening until further notice. Just as you have been following the guidance of self-quarantine and social distancing, we know that continuing to remain closed is the right thing to do for our guests and Team Members.
