Tax issue could delay Cincinnati opening13 April 2011CINCINNATI, Ohio -- Rock Gaming's new casino in downtown Cincinnati could be delayed, according to a Fox 19 report. The casino is facing a decision from the Governor of whether he'll apply a Commercial Activity Tax, the report said. Such a tax would increase state revenue, however Rock Gaming say if the tax is applied the project may have to be "scaled back" the Fox 19 report said. |
