FLORIDA – As reported by the Thoroughbred Times: "Tampa Bay Downs concludes meeting with gains in handle, attendance Tampa Bay Downs registered gains in total live all-source handle, establishing a record, and attendance for its 2003-'04 meeting that ended on May 2.
