Talking Stick Resort promotions2 October 2018(PRESS RELEASE) -- Talking Stick Resort, an enterprise owned and operated by the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, is kicking off seven days of specials and promotions throughout the property in honor of its recent reopening on 24 September 2018. The celebration comes on the heels of a recent closure where the hotel and casino were temporarily closed due to a long term power outage caused by storm damage. "There has been a level of excitement surrounding our reopening that has rivaled our grand opening in 2010," said Ramon Martinez, director of public relations at Talking Stick Resort. "We hope to continue the momentum and show our appreciation to guests who have demonstrated patience and support during our closure." As part the celebration, Talking Stick Resort will give away more than $150,000 in cash and prizes including two Polaris Slingshots worth more than $54,000 as part of the Amplify Your Winnings promotion. To win, guests will earn entries playing their favorite games such as keno, blackjack, slots and more. In the hotel's ARENA Poker Room, players can participate in the $100,000 Mega Hold'em Bad Beat Jackpot. The tournament is a continuation of play which began on 27 September with a $30,000 pot. Each day $10,000 is added to the jackpot through 4 October. Throughout the seven days, Talking Stick Resort will also offer discounts at each of its restaurants including all-day happy hour prices throughout the property. Additionally, the Southwest inspired Blue Coyote Cantina will offer $2 tacos throughout the week. The resort's luxurious 14th floor spa will also offer discounts on select treatments. Beyond the prizes and promotions, the hotel launched a new "Amplified" advertising campaign. This comprehensive campaign includes print, outdoor and television advertising. "Amplified" features an iconic image of the resort's hotel tower with the LED lights that adorn the side shaped like an equalizer. The campaign's goal is to communicate that the power is back on with more power than before, thus re-energizing or "Amplifying" the property. |
