Table game revenue up in Atlantic City12 October 2011ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey -- Is stability finally on the horizon for Atlantic City? That was the question a number of casino executives may have been considering based on last month's revenue results. Revenue was down 0.6 percent for September, which is a significant improvement on previous results since 2008, The Press of Atlantic City reported. Table game revenue increased 3 percent at $89.8 million, the report said. This rebound on revenue comes after the hurricane weather event which closed the casinos for a three-day period in August, The Press of Atlantic City report also noted. |
